Jerry Yang is the WSOP* Main Event Champion! On the final hand, Yang raised $1.5 million and Lam went all-in with Ad Qd. He was called by Yang who held pocket 8's. The board showed Q 9 5 7 6, giving Yang a 9 high straight, $8,250,000 dollars and a beautiful WSOP* bracelet with 136 grams of 18 carat white gold set with 120 diamonds. The signet of all Main Event champions is this bracelet. Tuan Lam is also made a millionaire for his 2nd place finish in this tournament. Congratulations Jerry Yang, Tuan Lam and all of the other WSOP* money finishers.
